Producer
Speakerbox Media, Granite Heights, WI, United States
We are seeking an Associate Producer with agency or branded content experience to join our growing video content studio.
This role sits at the intersection of creative development and production operations. Youll work directly with our Executive Producer and Post Supervisor to shape stories, run tight pre‑production, and ensure projects move cleanly from sales handoff through final delivery.

What Youll Do Creative & Editorial
Conduct strong research on guests, companies, industries, and story angles
Shape episode outlines and help structure narratives for B2B, branded, and agency‑style content
Translate messy ideas into clear, actionable briefs for editors and producers
Support development of reels, shorts, branded shows, and executive‑led content
Producer Operations & Coordination
Own scheduling, guest coordination, and deliverable tracking across multiple shows
Run pre‑production: prep documents, call sheets, tech needs, interview questions, and production logistics
Manage projects from sales handoff through final delivery
Push projects through the post pipeline and ensure deadlines are met
Communicate clear ETAs and status updates, no mystery gaps
Client & Team Communication
Maintain polished, professional client‑facing communication
Own producer‑level check‑ins, clarifications, and follow‑ups
Bring solutions and options when challenges arise
Collaborate closely with post and studio teams without creating operational noise

Assist on shoots as needed (audio, teleprompter, on‑site coordination)
Support studio operations and equipment oversight
