
Graphic Design and Marketing Coordinator

Sinclair Hille Architects is seeking a creative Graphic Design and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. For 45 years, our firm has been dedicated to Creating the Extraordinary, Together, shaping communities through thoughtful design and collaboration.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys graphic design, photography, and visual storytelling to help bring our projects to life for clients and the community while supporting brand development, social media, proposals, marketing initiatives and representing Sinclair Hille at community and project events (such as ribbon cuttings, groundbreakings, and other public gatherings). The ideal candidate combines strong design skills, organization, and communication abilities, with the ability to manage multiple creative projects. This is an in-person role (Monday–Friday, with occasional work outside normal 8–5 hours for photography or event support) reporting to the Business Development and Marketing Manager.
Salary range: $55,000–$62,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and produce graphic materials that communicate Sinclair Hille’s brand and project work. Manage and create social media content, including graphics, photography, captions, and scheduling. Coordinate the preparation of proposals through graphic design, layout, and final production in collaboration with technical staff, partners, and subconsultants. Assist with photography and video production, including capturing images at firm events and project sites. Assist with writing, editing, and proofreading marketing content. Coordinate project descriptions, staff resumes, and digital image libraries. Support interview and presentation preparation through development of PowerPoint presentations and graphics. Create and maintain marketing collateral templates including brochures, promotional materials, advertising, and holiday communications. Assist with maintaining the firm website and digital presence. Maintain and update project information within Sinclair Hille’s marketing database. SKILLS
Strong graphic design and visual storytelling skills. Creativity to develop compelling marketing materials that communicate the firm’s design work. Photography and video production experience Experience with social media marketing and digital content creation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organization. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Collaborative mindset and ability to work as a team and with architects and designers. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with digital content tools. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Architecture, or a related field preferred; Associate’s degree with commensurate professional experience will also be considered. 1-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related field. Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suite. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with social media platforms and digital content management preferred. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. HOW TO APPLY
