We are seeking an experienced

Field Marketing & Partnerships Manager

to accelerate the growth of Mintegral across the Americas, including North America and LATAM.

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Leader (Europe) and supported by our global marketing team, you will work closely with the San Francisco-based BD and Sales teams to drive regional events, ABM programs, and ecosystem partnerships.

What You’ll Do Drive High-Impact Event & Field Marketing:

Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of industry trade shows (e.g., GDC, MAU, and key LATAM gaming and tech summits), as well as VIP client gatherings and company-hosted events.

Manage event vendor relationships and continuously improve Mintegral’s event presence, including branded swag.

Develop and execute an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program:

Partner with Business Development teams to identify, target, and help close key accounts through strategic marketing support.

Design and execute targeted ABM campaigns with localized content, direct mail, and remarketing.

Maintain strong client relationships to develop customer success stories, including case studies, video testimonials, and client advocacy opportunities at events.

Ecosystem Partnerships and Sales Enablement:

Adapt global marketing assets (e.g., white papers, reports, and case studies) into content tailored for the U.S. market.

Support local PR and manage relationships with US-based industry media and tech partners to generate co-marketing opportunities.

Equip the U.S sales team with localized pitch decks, battle cards, and other marketing collateral.

Who you are:

Three to five years of relevant marketing experience in a B2B environment.

Demonstrated success managing small and large-scale events.

Ability to work independently.

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work across different time zones.

Ability to use data to inform marketing decisions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cooperate with leaders across departments.

Native-level English proficiency; fluency or working proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus.
