What You Will Do In This Role

Script, Record, and Edit film clips in a way that is informative, concise, and invisible to the audience

Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects for a polished final video

Create rough versions for review and final cuts for publishing to YouTube and embedding to website

Ensure logical sequencing, accurate information and claims

Consult and understand needs and specifications from stakeholders throughout production process

Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies, workflow, and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency

Work collaboratively and cooperatively with others, committing to a workplace of teamwork, respect, and integrity

Other duties as assigned

How You Will Thrive In This Role

Proven working experience in Camera Operation/ Filming & Video Editing (Demo Reel/Portfolio Required)

Solid foundation with editing software programs (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)

Basic working experience in various other software (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize daily work efficiently

Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills

Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi‑task in a deadline‑driven environment

Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points

Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities and last‑minute changes

Recognize opportunities to gather extra clips that can improve the quality of our videos

Be able to multitask when filming to monitor information that the talent is presenting, providing feedback and suggestions

Being actively involved in the off‑road industry is a big plus and can lead to more growth and opportunity in the position

Ability to read, interpret, and follow written instructions and numerical specifications, with the capacity and willingness to learn more advanced processes.

Must be able to work scheduled shift hours

Be a collaborative team player who is willing to work with others and independently

Strong work ethic focused on commitment, pride of work, quality, desire to learn, and dependability

Physical Requirements Position performance will require the regular physical ability to walk and function in elevation changes by the means of self‑propulsion, to include steps, ladders, and varied walking and working surfaces. Ability to negotiate warehouse work areas in a safe manner and behavior. Vision abilities specific to the position will include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus. Performing in this role will require the use of hands to use and handle tools, objects, materials, and controls. Performance requires the frequent ability to sit, talk, hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee will need to be able to read, write, and understand basics of the English language. Employee may have to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and up to 45 pounds assisted or if capable.
