The Role We are looking for an Event Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will drive the strategic planning and execution of industry-specific events. Your work will directly contribute to building key relationships, demonstrating our commitment to critical markets, and achieving our business goals. The ideal candidate is an innovative and creative professional who understands how to bridge the gap between logistics and brand strategy to deliver impactful experiences.
How You Will Make An Impact Event Planning & Strategic Execution
Manage end-to-end event logistics, including internal kick-offs, speaker coordination, registration, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.
Drive the strategic planning and execution of industry-specific events to build key relationships and achieve business goals.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new event opportunities.
Represent the DailyPay brand at live events, assisting with set-up, tear-down, and on-site coordination.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Promotion
Manage event timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, and brand teams.
Create and manage event landing pages, invitations, and all promotional content to ensure a cohesive attendee journey.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure events align with the broader marketing funnel and business objectives.
What You Bring To The Team
Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or another related field of study
3+ years of work experience in field marketing events
Strong project management skills, with an extreme focus on organization, details, and deadlines.
A solid understanding of the marketing funnel and how events drive business objectives.
An innovative and creative approach to event execution
Ability to travel (some weekends required)
Nice To Haves
You have worked specifically in field marketing or other live events.
You have experience using project management tools like Asana.
You have experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
You have experience in the FinTech or benefits industry.
You have experience marketing to HR or payroll professionals.
