At Mana Tech, we are building a vibrant hub where founders, investors, mentors, partners, and organizations connect, collaborate, and create opportunities within Miami’s innovation ecosystem.
We are looking for a Community & Events Manager who will play a key role in activating and nurturing our entrepreneurial community. This person will help ensure that Mana Tech is a living ecosystem where meaningful connections happen every day.
This role combines community building, event execution, and ecosystem relationship management, working closely with the leadership team to strengthen Mana Tech’s presence within the Miami startup landscape.

What you’ll do Community Building
Act as the main point of contact for the Mana Tech community in Miami
Welcome and onboard founders, partners, and ecosystem participants
Build strong relationships with startups, investors, mentors, and partners, and in turn proactively connect founders with investors, mentors, partners, and other founders in the community.
Facilitate meaningful introductions and collaborations across the ecosystem
Create an active, valuable, and engaged community environment
Events Management
Plan and execute Mana Tech’s internal and external events
Curate experiences that bring together founders, investors, corporates, and ecosystem leaders
Coordinate logistics, speakers, partners, and vendors
Work with the marketing team to promote events and maximize participation
Track engagement and continuously improve the event experience
Ecosystem & Strategic Partnerships
Build relationships with accelerators, VC funds, universities, institutions, and founder communities
Identify collaboration opportunities that bring value to our members
Support co-hosted initiatives and ecosystem eventsRepresent Mana Tech across Miami’s startup ecosystem

What we’re looking for
3–6 years of experience in community building, events, partnerships, or startup programs
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
Experience organizing and executing events
Knowledge of the Miami or U.S. startup ecosystem
Highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus
