Digital Marketing & Graphics Coordinator
Monadnock Food Co-op, Keene, NH, United States
Is Your Creative Heart in the Local Food Scene?
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Graphics Coordinator who can tell the story of our Co‑op through every pixel, post, and print. If you’re a pro at turning fresh‑from‑the‑field inspiration into high‑performing digital campaigns, you’ll fit right in at our table. From designing eye‑catching in‑store signage to mastering SEO and social media strategy, you’ll be the visual and digital engine behind our mission to support local food systems.
Our "Must‑Haves" (The Secret Sauce)
A "Director's Eye":
You’re comfortable behind the lens (photography/video) and in the editing suite, making our local produce and community events look like cinematic masterpieces.
A WordPress Wizard:
You can navigate a website backend with ease, ensuring our digital home is always polished, updated, and user‑friendly.
The Data‑Driven Dreamer:
You love a good brainstorm, but you let
Analytics
(web traffic, engagement, conversions) tell you when it’s time to pivot or double down.
Community First:
You have a genuine pulse on
natural foods industry
and a passion for the local food system that matches our own.
Self‑Starter Energy:
You’re organized enough to manage a multi‑channel calendar and agile enough to jump in and support the team during a busy Member‑Owner drive or in‑store event.
A "Black Belt" in Design:
You don't just use
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)—you command it to create visuals that stop the scroll and start conversations.
The Digital Triple Threat:
You have 2+ years of experience blending
SEO strategy ,
Social Media management , and
Content Creation
into one seamless marketing machine.
The purpose of this position is to support sales, attract shoppers, Monadnock Food Co‑op’s Ends Policies, and Member‑Owner investment through supporting the function of the marketing department. This includes planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, assisting with the production of marketing materials and collateral, and managing our Co‑op’s social media platforms. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping our Co‑op’s online presence, engaging the community, and promoting the unique offerings of our Co‑op. Such work welcomes and connects the community while establishing our Co‑op as a resource for a healthy, sustainable lifestyle and a champion of a vibrant local food system.
