Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Buyers Agent role located in Myrtle Beach, SC. The Buyers Agent will assist clients in finding and purchasing residential or commercial properties based on their preferences and financial considerations. Daily responsibilities include conducting property showings, analyzing market trends, preparing related documents, maintaining regular communication with clients, and negotiating purchase agreements. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with other agents and leveraging Keller Williams’ innovative tools to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Qualifications Proficiency in market analysis, property evaluation, and real estate sales strategies Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills to build lasting client relationships Ability to provide exceptional customer service, including addressing client inquiries and concerns Familiarity with relevant real estate laws, contracts, and industry regulations Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously Proficiency in using real estate-specific software and technology tools Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous professional development State-issued real estate license (or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeline) Prior experience in real estate or sales is advantageous but not required
