
Digital Media Specialist

This role supports the planning, execution, and tracking of
digital advertising campaigns , especially
programmatic and paid social media ads . The person will help manage campaign budgets, monitor performance, and coordinate with different marketing teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support & Execution
– Assist in running digital advertising campaigns across channels such as display, social media, video, audio, and mobile.
Media Planning & System Updates
– Enter and maintain campaign details, ad buys, and media plans in advertising management platforms like
Mediaocean
and
Prisma .
Budget & Invoice Tracking
– Help track advertising budgets, review media invoices, and ensure campaign spending aligns with approved budgets and internal processes.
Reporting & Data Analysis
– Pull campaign reports, analyze performance data, and create summaries using tools such as
Microsoft Excel ,
Tableau , and
Microsoft PowerPoint .
Cross-Team Coordination
– Work closely with marketing, analytics, and media teams to manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
