Multimedia Content Creator & Trainer (Full-Time)

Are you a creative marketing professional looking to make a significant impact at a small, growing manufacturing company? WiscoLift is seeking a full‑time, hands‑on Multimedia Content Creator & Trainer to drive our online presence, produce engaging digital content, and deliver impactful training programs.
What You’ll Do
Implement marketing strategies across video, blogs, and social media to attract and engage audiences
Create content for promotions, campaigns, blogs, images, and “how-to” videos
Manage CRM lists and execute targeted postal and email marketing campaigns
Facilitate conversations with customers online and track engagement metrics
Update product info, pricing, and site content using Shopify and WordPress
Design and distribute customer satisfaction surveys; respond to feedback
Coordinate and deliver in‑house employee safety training (forklift, scissor lift) and off‑site customer seminars
Maintain and update training presentations and ensure OSHA/ASME compliance
Report performance and feedback to management
What You Bring
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing
Proficiency in: Adobe Creative Cloud, Premier Pro, WordPress, Canva, Shopify, and similar tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to groups
Ability to independently plan and execute content and training initiatives
Video filming/editing experience is a plus
Knowledge of Zoho/Salesforce or similar sales tools a plus
Position Details
Full‑time, solo marketing role with hybrid options
Pay: $22 - $28 per hour, plus yearly bonus and benefits
