Content Creator Manager

We're looking for a Content Creator Manager who lives and breathes video content. If you love turning raw footage into engaging social media posts and know your way around Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop, this role is for you.
This position is heavily focused on shooting, editing, and producing video content for social media platforms. You'll be responsible for helping create compelling short-form and long-form video that captures attention and drives engagement. This position will report directly to the Marketing Director and work alongside a great Marketing Team!
WHAT SKILLS ARE NEEDED:
Shoot and produce video content for social media and marketing campaigns
Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
Work with marketing leadership to develop content ideas and campaigns
Manage video projects from concept through final publish
Create graphics and thumbnails using Adobe Photoshop
Organize and manage a growing library of video and photo assets
Stay on top of social media trends and help translate them into creative content
ATTRIBUTES WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Ability to pick up new tools and processes quickly and easily.
Extremely detail oriented.
Degree in Marketing is a plus but not required with relevant work experience.
Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (required)
Experience with Adobe Photoshop for graphics and thumbnails
Ability to shoot high-quality video using cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
Experience creating engaging social media content
Strong storytelling and editing instincts
Ability to take raw footage and turn it into compelling content quickly
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects
Excellent communications skills.
Ability to multitask and function under stress.
Ability to stay organized.
Self-motivation.
WHAT WE OFFER:
Annual Salary of $60,000 - $65,000 DOE
