Employment Type: Direct Hire, exempt

Salary Range: $130K- $150K Depends on your experience

Position Summary:

Senior Sales and Marketing Manager (non-ferrous metal wholesale/Distributor) will lead the company’s sales organization and drive both near‑term revenue growth and long‑term business expansion. This role oversees a team of Inside Sales and Outside Sales representatives and is also responsible for developing and executing digital marketing initiatives, including e‑commerce and web‑based marketing.

Beyond managing the current aluminum and stainless distribution business, the Director will work closely with the CEO to identify and shape future growth opportunities. The role is also expected to support Business Development initiatives for the parent company in Japan.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute short‑term and long‑term sales and business growth strategies

Lead, coach, and manage Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams

Grow existing customer accounts and develop new customers, markets, and channels

Plan and drive digital marketing initiatives, including e‑commerce and web marketing

Establish and improve sales processes, KPIs, and CRM usage

Develop pricing strategies and initiatives to improve profitability

Collaborate closely with the CEO on strategic planning and execution

Support Business Development activities including evaluation of new businesses, partnerships, and alliances

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in B2B sales management

Experience in sales within the non-ferrous metals distribution/wholesale sector is required.

Proven experience leading, transforming, or growing a sales organization

Experience developing and executing business or growth strategies

Basic knowledge of or hands‑on experience with digital marketing and/or e‑commerce

Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills

Authorized to work in the United States

Experience in business development or new venture creation

Hands‑on management experience in small to mid‑sized company environments

Able to stabilize and optimize existing operations while building new growth engines

Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities

Comfortable operating in an ambiguous and evolving environment

Able to communicate effectively with executive leadership and propose new ideas
