10-4 Logistics USA is recruiting full-time W2 Entry Level CDL A Truck Drivers for OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of I-35. This entry-level role is designed for recent CDL graduates as well as drivers with limited experience; a paid training program and mentor support are provided for qualified candidates. Drivers operate assigned late-model tractors and receive comprehensive benefits starting on day one.

Typical freight:

No‑touch dry van; approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook for major customers across the Eastern U.S.

Paid training program for new CDL graduates who meet the 120‑hour training requirement (fully paid three‑to‑five week program as appropriate)

Primary responsibilities

Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company policies

Transport no‑touch dry van freight, executing scheduled pickups and deliveries

Maintain accurate ELD records, trip reports, and DVIRs

Perform and document daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections Communicate professionally and proactively with dispatch, customers, and team members

Minimum requirements

Valid Class A CDL

Recent CDL school graduates with at least 120 hours of training qualify for the paid training program; experienced drivers also encouraged to apply

Satisfactory driving record and demonstrated safety orientation

Able to pass DOT physical and pre‑employment drug screen
