The Opportunity If you've worked in high-end residential property management, luxury hospitality, or concierge-style client service and you know how to coordinate vendors, manage expectations, and protect a premium client experience, this role will feel natural.

As our Luxury Residential Property Manager / Client Concierge, you'll be the steady, trusted point of contact for homeowners after construction, overseeing proactive maintenance, coordinating small projects, and ensuring every interaction reflects Thoughtforms' standard of care. This is a relationship-driven role with real operational responsibility: schedules, budgets, documentation, and excellent outcomes.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in our service team. The team looks after our homes post-construction and is involved in everything from regular maintenance to small projects. Construction knowledge and customer service are key skills

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and vendors to manage schedules, budgets, regular maintenance and any small project updates

Demonstrate advanced knowledge of construction methods, troubleshooting post-construction issues, and providing practical solutions for means, methods, budgets, and schedules

Ensure all project documentation, including invoicing and subcontractor paperwork, is accurately prepared and finalized within approved timelines

Track costs and progress against estimates to inform planning and client relationships

Foster collaboration among the service team to address obstacles, communicate emerging issues, and develop solutions that meet client expectations

Proactively manage client concerns and ensure their satisfaction with the work delivered, including the resolution of post-construction issues

Support the wider service team in maintaining the highest standards of construction quality, including cleanliness, organization, and care for client property

Participate in emergency on-call service, assisting with urgent client needs as necessary

Ensure a safe work environment by complying with all safety regulations and promoting safety among team members and subcontractors

Contribute to improving company processes, sharing lessons learned, and helping improve team performance

Qualifications

Proven experience in a service-oriented or client-facing role, preferably within construction or a related field

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sustainable design practices

Excellent project management, scheduling, and cost estimation skillsStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members

Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a focus on collaboration and finding solutions, not assigning blame

Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with project management software, email, and basic spreadsheets

Commitment to safety and compliance with all safety standards and regulations

A passion for delivering high-quality work and building lasting relationships with clients and teammates

Salary And Benefits

Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000
