The Business Analyst for Continuous Improvement drives process optimization, cost reduction, and reliability improvements across Generation, Distribution, Customer Services or corporate operations. This role uses data analysis, Lean/Six Sigma methods, and stakeholder engagement to identify opportunities, develop business cases, and support implementation of sustainable improvements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Key responsibilities
Analyze operational and financial data to identify improvement opportunities and quantify benefits.
Lead or support Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen events, and process-mapping workshops.
Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and prioritized implementation roadmaps.
Translate requirements into actionable projects; coordinate cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
Monitor and report performance metrics; maintain dashboards and continuous-improvement scorecards.
Train and mentor frontline staff and leaders on CI tools and methods.
Ensure changes comply with safety, regulatory, IT, and environmental requirements.

Business Analyst Sr. (grade 6) base salary starting between
$74,551-$93,189
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or 4 years of business case creation, business analysis and benchmarking.
Associate's degree and minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst Associate or business case creation, business analysis and benchmarking.
Approved degree paths would be in Business, Finance, Statistics or related field of study.
Business Analyst Principal (grade 8) base salary starting between
$98,993-$128,689
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or 4 years of business case creation, business analysis and benchmarking.
Associate's degree and minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst Associate or business case creation, business analysis and benchmarking.
Approved degree paths would be in Business, Finance, Statistics or related field of study.

(Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
