Senior UX/UI Designer
to support a hybrid working team. This temporary role offers an opportunity to contribute to a major organization during a 7-12 month engagement in a dynamic environment.

Senior UX/UI Designer Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end design process for digital products, from initial concepts to final implementation, ensuring user-centric solutions. Develop comprehensive design artifacts such as wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and detailed specifications to guide development teams. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including researchers, content strategists, and developers, to translate insights into engaging experiences. Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of an internal design system, promoting consistency across products. Conduct competitive analyses and stay informed on industry trends to identify opportunities for enhancing user experiences.
Senior UX/UI Designer Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in design or related field. Over five years of experience in user experience, interaction, UI, or digital product design. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex system designs across multiple platforms. Demonstrated expertise in visual design principles and accessibility standards. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
