As a Revenue Optimization Specialist, you will be essential in aiding hotels to expand their market share and excel beyond the competition. Your Impact In this role, you will play a critical part with responsibilities including: Analyzing hotel pricing and inventory to develop strategic pricing recommendations that improve market share. Leading weekly revenue management meetings, offering insights based on performance data, and cultivating strong relationships with hotel teams. Configuring various systems such as GRO and OnQ R&I. Collaboration and Ownership Work closely with diverse teams to meet deadlines and achieve shared objectives. Collaborate with hotel teams and revenue management partners to gather market insights while aligning both hotel and enterprise goals. Utilize your expertise to establish trusted relationships that enhance productivity. Take charge of initiatives that nurture our culture of excellence and entrepreneurial spirit in serving our clients. Are You the Right Fit? The ideal candidate will have: A strong ability to analyze and interpret statistical data, developing effective strategies that lead to actionable results. Experience in adapting swiftly to new technologies, processes, and programs. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Preferred qualifications include: A BA/BS degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or two or more years of analytical experience in revenue management or related fields. A background in the hospitality industry. Experience with Revenue Management systems and hotel property management systems.
