This is an onsite, multi-site leadership role supporting three locations—primarily based in Santa Rosa and Napa County—with travel to Humboldt about twice monthly (as needed).

What You’ll Own Day-to-day operations of the home health program Team leadership, coaching, and performance development Financial oversight including P&L management and budget performance Strategic growth planning alongside clinical and business development partners Patient and employee satisfaction outcomes Compliance with regulatory and company standards
What You’ll Drive A high-performing, accountable, and engaged team culture Strong operational and financial results Growth in your local market through community presence and partnerships Continuous improvement in quality, service, and patient experience
Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of employment highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree (Nursing, Healthcare, Business, or related field preferred) 2+ years in healthcare 5+ years of leadership experience
