Virtual Transaction Coordinator

Transaction Coordinator Join House Buyers of America as a Virtual Settlement Coordinator and become an essential part of our dynamic team, ensuring smooth and timely completion of all acquisitions and dispositions. Key Responsibilities: Quickly process acquisitions to ensure properties are market-ready as soon as possible. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the settlement journey. Review, input, and manage contracts and settlement statements, ensuring accurate documentation in our CRM system. Build and nurture relationships with title companies for efficient settlement processing. Support property marketing initiatives, including coordinating professional photography, creating appealing online listings, and staging homes effectively. Work closely with the construction team to guarantee all projects are finalized before listing properties. Assist House Buyers of America in expanding into new markets. Help facilitate the signing of closing documents. About You: You have at least 2 years of experience in the settlement or title industry. A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software are essential.
