We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of
fresh produce handling, department organization, and visual merchandising
who can help maintain a high-quality produce department while delivering excellent customer service. Bilingual
Spanish / English
candidates are highly preferred.
Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the
produce department Order produce from vendors and manage supplier relationships Monitor
inventory levels, shrink control, and product rotation Maintain freshness and quality standards for all produce items Build attractive
produce displays and merchandising tables Supervise and train produce department staff Ensure compliance with
food safety and health regulations Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked produce department Support store management with staffing and scheduling
Qualifications Previous
produce department management or supervisor experience Strong knowledge of
produce ordering, inventory control, and merchandising Experience managing or supervising staff in a grocery xsgimln or produce environment Ability to work in a
