We are searching for a Director of Enterprise Data Management.
In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for defining, building, and scaling our enterprise data, analytics, and AI capabilities. You will provide strategic direction while also engaging in hands-on execution to ensure that data platforms, models, and analytics solutions provide measurable business value.
The role involves transforming our established data foundation into a trusted and scalable enterprise data environment. Your responsibilities will include designing enterprise data models, enhancing data quality and governance, expediting analytics delivery, and promoting data-driven decision-making across various service lines and corporate functions.
As the Director of Enterprise Data Management, you will:
Lead and mentor your team, fostering professional development and providing consistent performance feedback.
Craft and execute enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategies that align with our organization's overall goals and growth objectives.
Oversee the design and evolution of a business-ready enterprise data environment that supports reliable reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and address requirements effectively.
Translate business strategies into actionable data initiatives that yield measurable value across service lines and corporate functions.
Provide technical leadership in data architecture, modeling, integration, analytics, and reporting, while establishing best practices and standards.
Implement data governance, quality, security, privacy, and compliance frameworks to ensure reliable and responsible data usage.
Build and lead a high-performing enterprise data team that promotes professional growth, learning, and mentorship.
Define roles and responsibilities for effective collaboration between data, technology, and business units.
Manage departmental resources efficiently, including budget, staffing, tools, and vendor relationships, to maximize productivity.
Oversee planning and execution of data initiatives, ensuring prompt delivery and alignment with business priorities.
Support growth initiatives such as performance management and integration of data from acquisitions and new systems.
Encourage data literacy and a culture of data-driven decision-making through self-service analytics.
Effectively communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership, ensuring transparency.
What you bring to the role: A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Over 15 years of technology experience in data and analytics, including 5 years in senior leadership roles managing cross-functional teams.
A proven ability to develop and execute enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
In-depth technical expertise in modern data architectures and cloud-based data platforms.
Strong hands-on skills in SQL, data modeling, and analytics tools like Databricks and Power BI.
A demonstrated capacity to translate complex business needs into actionable data solutions.

The salary range for this position is $189,400 - $250,000. Individual salaries will depend on various factors including experience and geographic location, along with a full, high-quality benefits program that includes bonuses, medical, dental, and vision care, disability and life insurance, generous Paid Time Off, retirement plans, and more.
