The Role
As an SAP Proposal to Reward (P2R) Functional Consultant, you will lead the analysis, design, and implementation of S/4HANA P2R business processes, focusing on the Federal Grants Management domain. You will serve as a subject matter expert guiding the lifecycle of federal financial assistance, ensuring grant processes are transparent, merit-based, and aligned with federal budgetary controls. Your responsibilities will include system analysis, configuration, and integration across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct workshops to gather requirements for Grantor Programs, Application Forms, Evaluation Schemas, and Agreement Management in line with federal regulations.
Configure Grants Management and Public Sector Management, including Grantee Master Data and Sponsored Programs.
Ensure compliance of grant awards with Funds Management to manage budgets effectively.
Utilize Business Rule Framework plus (BRFplus) for automating eligibility checks, merit scoring, and approval workflows.
Collaborate with developers to design and test interfaces for compliance with federal portals.
Facilitate seamless data flow between the Grantor front-end and accounting systems.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for the P2R cycle, including stress testing.
Implement SAP Fiori apps to provide real-time insights for grant managers.
Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in SAP Grants Management and Funds Management within the Public Sector Management environment.
Experience with Federal Grantor processes, managing both discretionary and mandatory programs.
Strong integration knowledge relevant to P2R and Budget to Report (B2R) reporting.
Preferred Skills: Expertise in BRFplus for decision-making processes and scoring models.
Ability to troubleshoot configurations and analyze financial postings.
Familiarity with federal regulations and audit requirements.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Eligibility Requirements: Must be a US Citizen.
Eligibility for government Secret Clearance required.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
