Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lake Park, FL (Palm Beach County). The Director of Rehab will oversee therapy services, including Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Physical Therapy, ensuring the highest level of care and compliance with standards. Responsibilities include developing and managing rehabilitation programs, supervising therapy staff, coordinating patient care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal recovery outcomes. This role requires leadership skills and a patient-centered approach to support the mission of providing exceptional post-acute care.
Qualifications A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school Knowledge of Rehabilitation and Medicine principles Experience in managing and leading rehabilitation teams Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Current and valid professional license in Physical Therapy Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree Prior experience in post-acute or long-term care settings is a plus Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, patient-focused environment
