Intern, Marketing & Communications

Aquarian Holdings is seeking a creative and analytical intern to join our Marketing & Communications team in Summer 2026. The team develops brand strategy, produces content, and supports fundraising and client engagement efforts. This internship offers exposure to how a financial firm communicates its value proposition and market insights. The internship is based in our New York City office. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing marketing materials, pitch decks, talking points, and digital content Conduct research on financial services trends, competitors, conferences, awards, and communication Support website updates, external communications planning, and content organization Help track analytics and engagement metrics across events, newsletters, website, and LinkedIn Collaborate with investment and client services teams to translate insights into clear messaging Provide general administrative support to the Marketing & Communications team (e.g., scheduling, file management, meeting action items) Professional Development Opportunities: Learn how marketing and communications functions within an investment management context Strengthen communications, graphic design, and corporate event planning skills Gain exposure to brand strategy, public relations, digital marketing, and internal corporate Develop analytical skills through marketing performance tracking Qualifications: Rising senior with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field Ability to work on site in New York City five days per week Legally authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficiency in PowerPoint; familiarity with Wordpress, Canva, and Adobe Suite a plus Aquarian is an equal opportunity employer.
