Advocate Health Care - - Responsibilities: Performs preventive maintenance and technical repairs on complex facility systems.; Diagnoses and implements repairs for Utility and Infrastructure Systems.; Installs/replace and maintains building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and controls systems.; Operates and monitors advanced utility equipment (generators, plant chillers, steam boilers, fire protection systems, etc.) and utilizes building automation systems to troubleshoot issues.; Reads blueprints, Life Safety drawings and manuals for accurate task completion.
