Job Description:
* Support coordination and administration of local and reginal events * Review and process event-related contracts and payments * Train and guide the sales force on internal processes for local/regional events * Collaborate with Sales Operations to improve system interfaces, reporting, and operational processes * Track key metrics and analyze event impact to support reporting and future planning * Assist in evaluating event outcomes and engagement effectiveness * Organize executive encounters during congresses * Coordinate schedules and manage logistics for executive meetings * Facilitate interactions between sales teams and customers * Ensure smooth and professional execution of event-related engagements

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree * 5+ years of business experience * Experience supporting a sales force * Strong administrative skills * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * CRM proficiency (Salesforce.com) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Effective presentation skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong decision-making and prioritization skills * Ability to analyze and interpret data * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines * Strong time management and multitasking skills * Flexibility and professional communication skills
