What You'll Do as a Recruiter As a Recruiter, you will serve as the primary connection between job seekers and our clients. You'll build relationships, solve hiring challenges, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience. Key responsibilities include: Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading recruiting tools and technology that support sourcing, organization, and an excellent candidate experience. Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools. Screen and interview qualified candidates. Partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments. Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads. Perform various customer service-related activities. Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with various philanthropic organizations. Who Succeeds in This Role You do not need prior recruiting experience. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching. Upon successful completion: Base salary: $45,000 + unlimited weekly commission After 1 year: Base salary increases to $55,000, plus continued commission and incentives Projected Total Earnings: Year 1: ~$50,000 Year 2: ~$76,000 Year 3: ~$102,000 Earnings are performance-based and uncapped.
