Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with agency growth goals. Establishing new recruiting avenues for excellent caregivers. Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources (hospitals, discharge planners, physicians, senior living communities, case managers) Developing personal relationships with potential new caregivers through the hiring process. Plan and execute community outreach activities, presentations, and events. Manage digital marketing efforts, including website content, SEO, online listings, email campaigns, and social media. Track and analyze marketing performance metrics (leads, conversions, referral sources, ROI). Manage marketing budget and vendor relationships as applicable. Recruiting Manager Requirements: Experience Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, experience in business development, sales, or marketing, and one year of experience in home care preferred. Experience in marketing, healthcare marketing, or community outreach. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the healthcare landscape and referral networks is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Passion for serving seniors and family Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel to referral sources required). Education Associate degree, preferably a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field. Skills Identify and engage potential clients, family decision-makers, and referral sources. Basic graphic design or content creation skills. Develop and execute strategies to increase visibility and market share in the local home care market. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly growth targets.
