- Lead the divisional finance organization, including FP&A teams, plant controllers, and finance analysts
- Oversee financial planning processes including annual budgets, long-term strategic planning, and rolling forecasts
- Direct monthly close processes, financial reporting, and executive financial reviews
- Drive operational and financial performance improvements through analysis, process optimization, and strategic initiatives
- Lead financial due diligence and support integration efforts tied to acquisitions and expansion initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate accounting policies, and regulatory standards
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and commercial teams to drive profitability and performance
- Develop and mentor finance talent while strengthening organizational capabilities
Qualifications for the Senior Director of Finance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA, MBA, or advanced degree strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
- Experience within manufacturing, multi-site environments, or global organizations preferred
- Strong background in financial reporting, strategic planning, forecasting, and operational finance
- Proven ability to lead teams, influence executives, and drive business performance
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, or similar financial platforms
