Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) Pay: $17.00/hour Location: Louisville, KY (Hybrid) Address (Training Site):Louisville, KY 40219 Schedule Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (onsite for 4–6 weeks) Post-Training: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM OR 11:30am - 8:00pm (hybrid/work from home) Note: Candidates may be required to return onsite if performance or attendance declines Overview: We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support patients, caregivers, and providers in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, processing prescription refills, and coordinating shipments. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, caregivers, and providers Provide accurate information and an effortless customer experience Process prescription refills and schedule shipments Resolve caller inquiries and ensure proper follow-up Adhere to company policies and procedures Maintain flexibility with scheduling as business needs require Qualifications Previous call center experience preferred Healthcare experience is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Typing speed of 35+ WPM Pharmacy Technician Registration required (by or before start date) Additional Details Hybrid role after successful completion of onsite training Opportunity for conversion to full-time (FTE) Must maintain performance and attendance standards to remain remote Legal Notice By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
