Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including hallways, guest room carpet, elevators, stairwells, and back-of-house areas.
Collect and remove trash and recyclables from hotel hallways, guest rooms, and service closets.
Replenish supplies in housekeeping closets
Assist housekeeping by delivering linen, amenities, or supplies to guest floors.
Operate floor care equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and carpet extractors.
Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the manager or supervisor.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by the housekeeping leadership team.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior custodial, janitorial, or hotel experience is a plus
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
