Job Description
EccoLiving is Los Angeles' top co-living real estate community, helping students and young professionals find upscale yet affordable housing in one of the most exciting cities in the world. We’re growing fast and looking to add motivated leasing agents to our dynamic team.
This role gives you hands‑on experience in marketing, touring properties, learning the leasing process, and working closely with our leadership team. Our home base is in West Hollywood, just steps from The Grove, and you’ll be on the move throughout LA, showing apartments and helping people find their next home.
What We’re Looking For
Someone based in Los Angeles.
Punctual, trustworthy, and self-driven.
Strong communicator who enjoys working with people.
Reliable transportation and willing to commute across multiple locations.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and changing environment.
Excited to grow, learn, and take on new challenges.
Available to work weekends.
A college degree is great to have, but not required.
Your Day‑to‑day Will Include
Generating leads and helping fill available units.
Communicating with tenants and prospects by phone, text, and email.
Leading property tours across our portfolio.
Handling move‑ins and move‑out inspections.
Giving feedback on units to help us keep the resident experience top‑notch.
Pitching in with other tasks as needed.
