Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Marketing and Administrative Coordinator located in Denver, CO. The responsibilities include providing administrative support, coordinating events, managing customer communications, conducting research, and assisting with marketing activities. The role will require maintaining organization, ensuring smooth office operations, and helping elevate the company’s marketing efforts.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members

Proven proficiency in Administrative Assistance and organizational tasks to support daily office operations

Experience in Event Planning to organize and manage meetings, conferences, or corporate events

Capability in conducting Research to provide accurate and relevant information for projects and marketing efforts

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools

Strong detail orientation, time management skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Familiarity with marketing principles or tools is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
