Assistant, Creative Marketing What you'll do:
Provide administrative support to General Manager, including:
Scheduling and calendar management
Organizing and submitting expenses
Helping coordinate travel
Researching & pulling reports on artists' new releases, catalog activity, social activity; industry case studies
Coordinating company-wide events & initiatives
Circulating meeting agendas, taking notes in meeting
Providing administrative support to Synch & Brands team, including:
Managing one sheets, pitch materials for synch & brand teams
Managing weekly newsletters
Manage project/deal trackers
Handling shows invites and managing RSVPs
Helping with research, ideation and project management for brand partnerships
Overseeing invoicing & payment processing
Managing contact databases
Providing limited administrative support to Creative & Publicity teams, including:
awards submissions
invoicing & payment processing
Who you are:
Ideally has previous administrative experience, preferably supporting and/or interacting with senior level executives; Music industry experience with knowledge of the recorded music business preferred.
Must have a passion for music
Must be a team player
Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Meet, Calendar, Drive) & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); Photoshop also preferred
Proactive and collaborative nature with the ability to demonstrate strong judgment, critical thinking skills and resourcefulness
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
Comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume & evolving environment
Ability to work overtime when necessary
