Role - Property Manager (Bilingual Spanish) – Kansas City

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a 100+ unit residential community in Kansas City. This role requires a hands‑on professional who can effectively manage daily property operations, maintain strong tenant relations, and ensure the property operates efficiently.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, highly organized, and experienced in managing multifamily properties.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a 100+ unit residential property

Manage leasing activity, tenant relations, and resident communications

Coordinate maintenance requests and property upkeep

Monitor rent collections and ensure timely payments

Maintain property occupancy and assist with marketing and leasing initiatives

Ensure compliance with property policies and local regulations

Conduct tenant interviews and screenings when necessary

Requirements

3–5 years of property management experience (multifamily preferred)

Fluent in Spanish and English

Experience managing properties with 100+ units

Schedule: 40 hours per week + 4 hours on Saturdays

Salary: $48,000 annually

Strong property management skills, including tenant relations, lease management, and rent collection

Proficiency in budget management, financial reporting, and operational oversight

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities

Experience in coordinating property maintenance and vendor management

Leadership and organizational skills to manage staff and operations effectively

Proficiency with property management software and basic computer applications

Familiarity with local property laws and regulations

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred

Certification in property management (e.g., CPM, ARM) is a plus

Prior experience in property management or real estate is highly desirable
