We are in search of a Lead Technical Sales Engineer - Cloud Solutions Architect to become a vital member of our Resident Technology Services team at IBM/HashiCorp. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with leading clients and drive significant transformation projects within their cloud environments.

Your Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through their cloud transformation journey utilizing the powerful IBM/HashiCorp product suite.
• Align teams, processes, and workflows with a progressive Cloud Operating Model.
• Contribute to the development of a robust multi-cloud adoption framework.
• Innovate cloud consumption models to boost efficiency in workflows.
• Assist Enterprise CxOs in unlocking the business value from their cloud consumption strategies.
• Enhance developer productivity while maintaining governance and risk controls.
• Effectively communicate the business and technical benefits of IBM/HashiCorp products to a diverse audience from engineers to executives.
• Educate clients on simplifying their journey toward the Cloud Operating Model.
• Collaborate with IBM/HashiCorp professional services to fulfill specific customer needs.
• Advise clients on best practices for system and service administration, automation, and observability.
• Undergo necessary background checks and customer screenings.

Required Expertise:

• 9+ years of experience in designing and implementing technical systems and services.
• Extensive knowledge of DevOps practices and automation techniques.
• Expertise in managing cloud and on-premise infrastructure, application deployment, and security methodologies.
• Proficiency in using IBM/HashiCorp tools.
• Understanding of compliance requirements essential for shared services.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in teams while being capable of independent work.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cloud transformations within organizations.
• A passion for leadership in cloud operating models and driving organizational innovations.
• Experience in conducting cloud maturity assessments and designing governance processes.
• Familiarity with major cloud service providers and their technical platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical topics to a wide audience.
• Capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for better understanding.
