Your Role

As the Lead Product Manager for AI-Driven User Experience, you will be responsible for enhancing how users interact with AI-powered experiences within our platform. This role focuses on creating and delivering dynamic, adaptive, and user-centered interactions that evolve based on user intent, role, and context.

You will take ownership of user experience strategies for the agentic administration, determining how and when administrative tasks transition to agent-led processes.

This position leads the roadmap and cross-functional collaboration involving design, content strategy, and engineering to establish cohesive and scalable AI-supported administrative experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end user experience for AI-powered administrative capabilities.

Maintain clarity and momentum in AI interactions from initial use through advanced workflows.

Ensure that AI experiences enhance user outcomes instead of hindering progress.

Define boundaries between agentic administration and user experiences across all modalities (GUI, CLI, API, IDE, etc).
Leadership in AI Experiences

Serve as the product owner for various agent interaction models and workflows.

Collaborate effectively with designers and content strategists to outline agent behaviors, tones, and feedback patterns.

Establish clear conceptual frameworks for how agents interact individually and collaboratively.

Translate user intent and contexts into effective agent workflows and experience guidelines.

Ensure seamless integration of agent-driven experiences with existing user interfaces.
Collaboration and Execution

Lead joint efforts among design, content, engineering, and other core platform teams.

Balance experience quality, technical feasibility, and timely delivery in prioritization.

Navigates effectively within a matrixed organization, driving alignment and clarity for productive outcomes.
Continuous Improvement and Measurement

Define and monitor metric success related to:
- Agent usage and revisit rates
- Time-to-outcome and task completion rates
- User trust and confidence in AI-driven processes

Utilize quantitative and qualitative feedback to enhance agent experiences and reduce friction.

Identify strategies to maximize engagement and effectiveness through improved orchestration and guidance.
Your Team

Work closely with design, content, engineering, and core platform teams for effective collaboration.

Partner with fellow product leaders to ensure consistency and cohesiveness in agent experiences throughout the product line.
Qualifications

5-8+ years of experience in product management, especially with AI-led platforms.

Proven track record in launching agent-driven or assistive AI experiences.

Strong grasp of user-centered design principles in AI applications.

Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams.

Experience in complicated, multi-product or platform scenarios.

Pay Rate: $156,400 - $234,700 Annually
Your starting salary will be determined by geographic location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
