Your Role

As the Senior Staff Product Manager for Enhanced User Experience, you will shape user engagements and value creation through AI-driven and agent-focused experiences on our platform. You'll be responsible for designing interactive, adaptive, and outcome-driven encounters that respond dynamically to user intent, roles, and contexts.

Your responsibilities include defining the user experience strategy for agent-driven administration and the interaction layer of our AI Assistant, Terry. You will outline the vision for agentic administration tasks, identifying when they are beneficial and when traditional user interaction is preferable.

Manage the product roadmap for this initiative, leading cross-functional collaboration between design, content, and engineering tools to ensure a cohesive and scalable agentic administration experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of agentic product interactions and drive the user experience for admin-focused capabilities.

Maintain clarity and energy across AI interactions, guiding users from initial use through to advanced workflows.

Ensure that agent-driven experiences enhance user outcomes without hindering progress.

Define the transition point between agentic administration and user interaction across various interfaces, including GUI, CLI, API, IDE, etc.
Leadership in Agentic Experience

Serve as the product owner for agent interaction models, processes, and trust parameters.

Collaborate closely with designers and content strategists to establish:

Agent behavior norms, feedback mechanisms, and interaction tones.

Clear mental frameworks for agents operating independently and collaboratively.

Transparent options for user control and escalation in agent interactions.

Translate user goals and context into aligned workflows and experience specifications.

Guarantee seamless integration of agentic experiences with existing UI and workflows.
Collaboration and Leadership

Foster teamwork across design, content, engineering, and platform groups through effective collaboration.

Guide prioritization of work to maximize experience quality while ensuring feasibility and timely delivery.

Navigate successfully within a matrixed organization, achieving clarity and alignment for effective outcomes.
Execution and Delivery

Create concise, results-oriented requirements for AI-driven experiences.

Collaborate with engineering teams to align user experiences with agent capabilities and system limitations.

Ensure that agent-driven features launch with essential safeguards, user controls, and feedback systems.

Maintain high standards of usability, clarity, and trust as AI features develop.
Measurement and Improvement

Establish and monitor success metrics related to:

Adoption rates and ongoing use of agent features.

User trust and confidence in AI workflows.

Utilize data and user feedback to enhance agent experiences and reduce challenges.

Work closely with design, content, engineering, and core platform teams.

Engage with other product leaders to ensure consistency and integration of agent experiences across products.
Candidate Qualifications

5-8+ years of experience in product management, preferably leading AI-focused or experience-driven platform capabilities.

Proven experience delivering agentic, conversational, or assistive AI outcomes.

Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles in AI systems.

Ability to guide cross-disciplinary teams in design, content, and engineering.

Experience in complex multi-product or platform settings.

Background in enterprise-level or developer-oriented platforms.

Understanding of AI reliability, transparency, and human-in-the-loop design principles.

Pay Rate: 156400.0000 - 195600.0000 - 234700.0000 Annually
The starting pay for the successful applicant will vary based on geographic location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Sales roles may include commission based on achieving quotas. All permanent positions are eligible for annual incentive plans tied to company performance and individual contributions.
