Senior Business Analyst

We're seeking a polished and professional Senior Business Analyst to support project-based work in a fully Agile Scrum environment. This role involves writing user stories, facilitating standups, and working closely with product teams to gather and translate business requirements into actionable solutions. This role partners closely with product teams, stakeholders, and IT to drive delivery across both B2B and B2C applications. The ideal candidate is analytical, confident, and able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to nontechnical audiences.

Required Skills & Experience
7-8+ years of experience as a Senior or Project Business Analyst in an enterprise environment Proven experience working within productfocused teams supporting both B2B and B2C applications Strong ability to gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements Moderate SQL experience with a solid understanding of data quality, integrations, and performance Strong Agile/Scrum experience (certifications a plus, not required) Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical u Experience creating process diagrams and workflows Confident facilitator with experience leading meetings and working in crossfunctional teams

Experience supporting Salesforce initiatives Experience working within an Azure environment
