About the role

Supporting Nova Biomedical's point of care customers is the main purpose of this role. Additional responsibilities include expediting contract orders, scheduling, tracking, and communicating with customers via phone or email.

What you'll do • Communicate with customers via phone and email • Manage and process customer orders from beginning to end. Communicate with customers regarding backlog • Customer centric mindset. Ability to see situations from the customer's viewpoint. • Schedule orders for shipment • Meet individual goals and contribute to team goals • Provide customers with product, pricing, and availability information • Process credit cards • Satisfy customer requests • Resolve customer issues

What we are looking for in you Excellent communication skills Fluency in English Computer literacy Knowledge of Microsoft product suite Previous SAP experience preferred Some college preferred 2-3 years related office or order services experience Physical Requirements for this role include:

Work Location: on-site in our Billerica, Lexington Rd facility 4 days/week (M-Th), Work Remote weekly every Friday. Targeted Salary Range: $25 - $27/hour

Working Hours: 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM
