Agiloft CLM Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking a Techno-Functional Consultant with experience in Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) to support and enhance our contract
management platform. The consultant will work closely with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth operation of the Agiloft system, provide technical configuration support, and optimize contract lifecycle processes. This role requires a combination of functional knowledge of contract management processes and technical expertise in configuring Agiloft workflows, integrations, and system enhancements.
Functional Responsibilities • Support day-to-day operations of the Agiloft CLM platform. • Gather and analyze business requirements from Legal, Procurement and Finance teams. • Translate business needs into system configurations and process improvements. • Manage contract lifecycle processes including: contract requests, authoring, review and approval workflows, negotiation, execution, obligation tracking, renewals and amendments • Provide user training and documentation for Agiloft u . • Assist with UAT testing and release management.
Technical Responsibilities • Configure and maintain Agiloft workflows, forms, business rules, and tables. • Develop and maintain automations and approval workflows. • Manage system integrations with other enterprise systems such as: ERP (S4 Hana), CRM (Vault CRM or Salesforce Life Sciences (SFLS)), Procurement systems (Ariba, Zip), Document management systems • Develop and support API integrations. • Configure notifications, reports, and dashboards. • Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to u . • Support data migration, imports, and exports.

Required Skills & Experience - 7+ years of experience
Functional Skills • Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management processes. • Experience working with Legal and Procurement teams. • Ability to analyze business processes and recommend system improvements.
Technical Skills • Experience configuring Agiloft CLM platform. • Knowledge of: workflow configuration, business rules, tables and relationships, form design • Experience with REST APIs and system integrations. • SQL and reporting experience preferred.
Soft Skills • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Problem-solving and analytical mindset. • Ability to support global u across time zones.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Experience supporting Agiloft CLM implementations or production environments. • Experience integrating Agiloft with: SAP / S4 HANA, Procurement platforms (Zip, Ariba). • Knowledge of contract compliance, legal workflows, and procurement processes. • Experience working in Agile project environments. • Agiloft certification • Zip or any procurement/contract intake management system support experience • Experience with CLM platforms like Icertis, Ironclad, or DocuSign CLM. • Experience in pharma, healthcare, or regulated industries.
