We’re hiring a full-time Channel Manager & Editor to live and work in-house at our gaming house in Houston, Texas. This role is for someone who lives and breathes gaming content and wants to be hands-on with professional gamers and streamers every day. Responsibilities Ideate high-performing content for YouTube, TikTok, Shorts, Twitter/X, and Instagram Film daily content inside the gaming house (IRL + gameplay + challenges) Edit short-form and long-form content at a high level Manage and optimize creator channels (titles, thumbnails, posting cadence, analytics) Work directly with players to build personal brands and grow audiences Coordinate content schedules and ensure consistent daily output Stay ahead of trends in gaming, esports, and social media Requirements Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, and algorithm-driven growth Comfortable being on-site, filming creators, and working fast-paced Creative mindset with strong storytelling instincts Self-starter who can take ownership of multiple channels Passion for gaming, esports, and creator culture Bonus (Not Required) Experience working with esports teams or streamers On-camera presence or directing talent Experience scaling channels to 100K+ followers What We Offer Full-time salaried position with free rent and utilities Live, work, and create inside a professional gaming house Direct access to top-tier gamers and streamers Opportunity to help build some of the biggest gaming brands online Massive upside for growth and long-term career advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr
