Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect - Consumer Goods Cloud
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud to design scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will provide architectural leadership, conduct platform assessments, and deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Salesforce health checks and org assessments, providing recommendations for design improvements, scalability, and performance optimization. Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Retail Execution, Order Management, Contract Management, and Consumer Goods Cloud capabilities. Establish and drive architectural governance, standards, and best practices across Salesforce implementations. Perform proof of concepts (POCs) and develop complex solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of CRM experience with deep expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud. Strong experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and enterprise integrations. Proficiency in Salesforce data modeling, platform governance limits, and business process reengineering.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect certification highly desirable.
