The primary role of the International Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to receive calls from Latin American customers and resolve issues related delivery, shipping and freight. The nature of the position requires that the CSR be Bi-lingual (English + Spanish or Portuguese), and have a knowledge of business practices in Latin America.
