Entry Level Machinist

CNC Machine Operator
CNC Machine Operator is responsible for making sure the machine stays running, removing parts when they're done, doing quality checks on those parts using micrometers and calipers. Eventually they will progress to be able to do their own machine setups and offsets, but to start it is to make sure the machine is running and putting out quality parts. Currently have openings on 2nd and 3rd shift. Skills: micrometer, calipers, Cnc, Machining Top Skills Details: micrometer,calipers Additional Skills & Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment where they were on a plant floor Mechanical aptitude - have worked with their hands, power tools, hand tools, can read a tape measure - verify in references Can read a basic blue print Basic shop math and decimals Experience Level: Entry Level Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Manitowoc, WI. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
