Body Shop Estimator Pay Range: $65,000

Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude and identify their vehicle concerns. Conduct vehicle walkarounds to assess damage and repair needs. Create accurate estimates using CCCOne systems. Prepare detailed repair orders using ProfitNet and ADP systems. Communicate repair recommendations, costs, and timelines to customers. Obtain customer approval for repair work, including supplemental repairs. Dispatch repair orders to technicians following department policies and cost-control procedures. Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding repair status. Process payments and deliver repaired vehicles promptly and professionally.
