As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience while supporting our busy restaurant operations. Responsibilities include: Answering incoming phone calls and taking customer orders accurately and efficiently Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Processing cash and credit card transactions Assisting in pizza preparation and other food service tasks as needed Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Collaborating with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment Handling multiple tasks simultaneously during peak hours Lifting and moving items weighing up to 25 lbs Adhering to company policies and food safety regulations Qualifications include: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently Basic computer skills for order processing and cash register operation Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow directions and adhere to food safety protocols Time management and organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
