A client in the insurance industry is looking to add 2 Account Coordinators to their team in the personal lines insurance department on site in Orlando. They will be responsible for assisting with change requests, following up with insurance carriers, reviewing endorsements for accuracy, and entering client information into system applications. They will be providing administrative support in the form of front desk coverage and partnering to create and maintain property insurance identification cards. They will also process final cancellations, renewals, endorsements, acknowledgements, non-pays, reinstatements, and cancellations. After onboarding, the company will pay for employees to get their Florida 2-20 insurance license. Must Haves High School Diploma or GED Good communication skills Strong Excel, Microsoft Office, and Word experience Go getter personality Customer Service Compensation: $16hr to $18/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
