
Bilingual Customer Service Representative

This role is 3-6 months: Contract HYBRID Onsite: Mon, Tues, Thurs REMOTE: Wed and Fri Key Responsibilities Inbound Call Management: Respond promptly to customer calls, inquiries, and service requests related to utility services. Problem Resolution: Resolve customer billing questions, service issues, and complaints, applying de-escalation techniques. Service Coordination: Schedule appointments and coordinate with field technicians and sales representatives. Account Maintenance: Process customer payments, update account information, and explain product benefits, such as comfort plans. Feedback & Follow-up: Conduct outbound follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. Required Skills and Qualifications Bilingual: English/Spanish Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Technology Proficiency: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office suite. Customer Orientation: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging customers. Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred. Work Environment Roles may be based in a call center (e.g., Wall, NJ) and require handling a high volume of inquiries, often working as part of a team.
