Entry Level Packaging Associate (Biotech/Pharma)

Accentuate Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Entry Level Packaging Associates to support packaging operations within a biotech/pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role is highly hands-on and involves repetitive tasks, working on packaging lines, and ensuring products are properly labeled, packed, and prepared for shipment in accordance with company and quality standards. This is a 6-12 month contract role working on 1st shift (7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday). Responsibilities: Perform manual packaging of products in a fast-paced production environment Inspect materials and finished goods to ensure quality and compliance standards are met Label, seal, and prepare products for shipment according to specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and GMP guidelines Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and complete basic documentation as required Requirements: High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment preferred Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods of time Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team-oriented environment Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen Additional Information This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided Ideal for candidates seeking hands-on manufacturing experience
